By accessing claris.agency (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

3. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful, informational, and business purposes. You agree not to:

• use the Site in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or any systems behind it;
• introduce malicious code or otherwise interfere with the Site’s operation;
• use the Site in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it.

We may suspend or restrict access if you breach these terms.

All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, the Claris name and mark, and the design — is owned by or licensed to Claris and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it without our prior written permission, other than normal personal viewing of the Site.

5. Our products

Claris builds separate products, including Parlo and InboxScore. Those products are governed by their own terms and privacy policies — these Terms cover only this Site.

6. No warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the Site or its content. Information on the Site is general in nature and is not professional advice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Claris and its founders, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Site.

8. Links to third parties

The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link does not imply endorsement.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its “last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Zagreb.
