Claris (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through claris.agency (the “Site”) and when you contact us.

• Information you give us. When you email us or make an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, and any details you choose to share about your project.
• Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting may automatically log basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited — for security and to keep the Site running.
• Analytics. If analytics are enabled, we use them only to understand aggregate Site usage. See “Cookies” below.

4. How and why we use your data

We use personal data to:

• respond to your enquiries and communicate with you;
• provide services you request and manage our relationship with clients;
• operate, secure, and improve the Site.

5. Legal basis (GDPR)

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP, azop.hr).

The Site uses only the cookies necessary for it to function and, if enabled, aggregate analytics. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings.
